How To Apply:
- A parent account is required to manage student accounts. Create a parent account by clicking on the Register/Login Button>Create Account Button and using a parent email address. Ensure the email address associated with parent account will not be used for any of the student accounts.
- After validating the Parent Account via the email link, login into your parent account and navigate to My Account > My Forms/Paperwork page. To add your students, select Adult and Student information where you will have the opportunity to add an additional adult as well as your student. Note: A school email account cannot be used. Please ensure that a Gmail account or something else is utilized as the school email blocks all outside communications.
- Have your student create an account using the email that you set up when adding your student to your parent account.
- Once the student account is created, they can navigate to My Account > My Forms/Paperwork to see the team application. Applications are available for students only.
On the application, students can note their preferred tryout date for the team – June 27th and July 25th from 1pm-3pm . The cutoffs for each of these tryouts are June 24th and July 18th. If your application is not received before those cutoff dates, your student will not be able to attend those tryouts. To be considered for Team BEAN, your student must attend one of these tryout dates. Your student will receive an email a week out from the tryout confirming their attendance. If your student cannot make either of those tryout dates, please reach out to us ASAP.
